MobiGoal is a Portugal-based AI-first software company with offices in Coimbra, Portugal and HQ Space Maadi, Cairo, Egypt. We build agentic systems that advise and operate alongside your business. Depending on which office handles your enquiry, your data may be processed in either location. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
2. Data we collect
When you fill out our contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, or talk to Mobi-Assistant, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message, voice or text transcripts). We also collect basic technical data when you visit this site — pages viewed, browser type, IP address — through standard server logs and cookies.
If you reach out to our Egypt office at HQ Space Maadi, Cairo, we may also collect details relevant to your enquiry — for example, your phone number, preferred meeting time, or business registration information — so our Cairo team can route and respond to you.
3. How we use it
We use this data to respond to your enquiries, deliver the services you ask for, send you occasional product updates (only if you opted in), and improve our website and AI assistants. We do not sell your data, ever.
4. Your rights
